Terms of Service

OurPlanza is a digital planning tool that helps families — especially co-parenting families — plan and organize meals, activities, to-dos and shopping across their weeks.

The service is currently free of charge. Paid features or a subscription may be introduced later; if that happens, existing users will be informed in advance.

OurPlanza is a personal organizational tool. The service does not provide medical, nutritional, legal or any other form of professional advice.

To use the service you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (if you are under 18, a guardian's consent is required)
• Provide accurate and truthful information

By registering, you confirm that these requirements are met.

OurPlanza can be used without an account — in that case everything is stored only locally on your device. With a free account you can sync your plan across devices and share it with your family.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your details accurate
• Protecting your login credentials
• All activity that takes place through your account

OurPlanza reserves the right to close or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR for users within the European Union. Your data is stored in a managed database with our cloud provider on servers within the EU, traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, and access is controlled by Row-Level Security so that only you (and the family members you share with) can reach your information.

We never sell personal data and never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our separate Privacy Policy describes in detail how we store and protect your data, which subprocessors we use, and your rights regarding access, rectification, erasure, data portability and restriction of processing.

You can register meals, dishes, ingredients, activities, to-dos, notes, links, photos and other material in the service. You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The information you enter is accurate to the best of your ability
• You do not register information about other people without their consent — for children, entries should be made by a parent or guardian

You retain full ownership of your content. By using the service you give OurPlanza a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right to store and display the material as part of the service's functionality. OurPlanza will never sell, license or commercially exploit your information without your explicit consent.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use automated tools, bots or scraping techniques
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Upload unlawful or misleading material

Violations may lead to suspension.

OurPlanza is a service under development. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Error-free functionality
• That data is always preserved

We reserve the right to:

• Update or change features
• Introduce paid features or a subscription
• Pause or discontinue the service

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. If you use OurPlanza without an account, remember that your plan is stored only on your device — clearing the browser's site data will delete it.

Meal and activity suggestions, library items and planning templates in OurPlanza are provided as inspiration and are based on your own registrations. They are:

• Guidance only
• Not professional, medical or nutritional advice

Always check ingredients, allergens and age-appropriateness yourself before preparing meals or carrying out activities. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, OurPlanza is not liable for:

• Consequences of decisions made based on the service's content
• Errors caused by incorrect input
• Indirect or consequential damages

You can at any time:

• Delete your account
• Request permanent deletion of your data

When your account is deleted, your profile and planning data are removed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

All software, design, algorithms, texts and trademarks related to OurPlanza belong to OurPlanza or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or recreate the service without written permission.

We may update these terms. In the event of significant changes, you will be informed by email or in the service. Continued use after a change means that you accept the updated terms.

If you are a consumer within the EU, mandatory consumer protection under the law of your home country applies. Otherwise, these terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be tried by a competent court.
